Candidates seeking admission to the First Year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) program through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) or Institute Level Quota must submit original copies along with self-attested photocopies of the following certificates at the time of admission confirmation.

Essential Certificates (All Candidates)

  • MHT-CET / NEET Score Card: Valid entrance test scorecard.
  • HSC (Std. XII) Marksheet: Qualifying board examination marksheet.
  • SSC (Std. X) Marksheet: Proof of secondary school completion / Date of Birth.
  • School / College Leaving Certificate (LC / TC): Original transfer certificate.
  • Domicile & Nationality Certificate: Proof of Maharashtra state candidature and Indian nationality.
  • CAP Allotment Letter: Seat allotment confirmation letter issued by State CET Cell.
  • Aadhar Card & Passport Photos: Identity proof and recent passport-size color photographs.

Reserved Category Candidates (SC / ST / VJ / DT / NT / OBC / SBC)

  • Caste Certificate: Issued by competent authority of Maharashtra State.
  • Caste / Tribe Validity Certificate: Mandatory validity certificate from social welfare department.
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (NCL): Valid for the current financial year (mandatory for VJ/DT/NT/OBC/SBC).

Special Category Candidates (EWS / TFWS / PwD / Defense)

  • EWS Eligibility Certificate: Proforma-V issued by competent revenue authority.
  • Income Certificate: Valid annual income certificate (mandatory for TFWS / EBC benefits).
  • Disability Certificate / Defense Certificate: Official proof for PwD / Defense personnel ward concessions.
Note: Students must bring three sets of self-attested photocopies along with all original documents and scanned PDF copies in a pen drive at the time of reporting.
