End semester examination is conducted by University of Mumbai. Time table is made available on the Notice Board for student information. Hall tickets are distributed at Institute level for FY to TY, and Final Year hall tickets are issued directly from the University. Other grievances related to exam form, exam fees, loss of hall ticket, etc. are resolved as outlined in the process below.

Result is declared by displaying a copy of the University gazette on the Notice Board for student verification.
An 8-day window is provided after result declaration for students to apply for a photocopy of their answer sheet.
Following the photocopy period, an additional 10 days are given for submitting revaluation applications.
Revaluation is carried out by external evaluators from other Pharmacy colleges to ensure complete transparency.
