Reservation Policy

Statutory seat reservation criteria and admission guidelines as prescribed by apex regulatory authorities.

Dnyandeep College of Pharmacy strictly adheres to the seat distribution, eligibility guidelines, and reservation policies mandated by the Government of Maharashtra, the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai, and the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA). All statutory quotas and category relaxations are administered transparently during Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds.

Key Applicable Categories

  • Constitutional Reservations: SC, ST, VJ/DT, NT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, and SBC categories as per State Government rules.
  • Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 10% statutory reservation allocated as per Govt. of Maharashtra norms.
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD): 5% horizontal reservation allocated for eligible candidates.
  • Defense & Orphan Quotas: Horizontal reservations implemented as per State CAP directives.
  • Mandatory Certificates: Valid Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (where applicable) are compulsory at the time of admission confirmation.
